Whilst I was very disappointed, once I submitted photos to the Seller and Ebay, a refund was agreed and I was sent a returns label. Then upon receipt of the damaged suitcase back to the Seller, I received an immediate refund.

Arrived in good condition and appear as they were described in the listing. I’ve purchased 2 of these 30” suitcases in red and navy and they are very good value for money.

Item promptly dispatched arrived within 3 days , well packaged and is exactly as described. Very pleased with cabin bag , robust and good value for money. Will soon be using it on next flight. Had to receive the faulty one back first so the whole procedure took approx two weeks. The replacement I wasn't 100% happy with as the lining inside didn't completely cover the bottom. However I didn't have time to wait another 2 weeks for another replacement, and as this was my only issue I decided to keep it. I must mention that seller was very happy to refund or replace again tho.

Highly recommended definitely use again, really good customer service thankyou
