The big issue the shipping and the amount it took the book to arrive. By no means am I blaming the seller, but 21 days is pretty long to get a book from the East coast to Hawaii. But, alas, we can't. By the way, the average transport time from our shipping center in Philadelphia and Hawaii is 4 to 6 days. But, not too often, but sometimes, they really miss the mark. Book arrived with a fold down the middle (stuffed in the mailbox) but I was able to flatten it out. Book was only placed in a thin cardboard mailer and then in a padded mailer. Would just caution for future packaging - to provide more support. Overall, still satisfied with the purchase. I'm also a return customer. Would buy from again.

Overall, I am happy with my purchase. Good seller with great communication and decent packing of the product. Receiving the product took around 3 weeks, which was a little longer than expected.
