Overall just not really happy.

Honestly, it looked unused. Even the batteries hadn't been taken out and installed in the remote. Their support was also very quick to reply to me and I got a minor issue sorted out in a timely manner. I got a refurbished Thinkpad from them back in 2023 and had the same experience!
