We proposed a partial refund, but the customer did not agree. Later, we offered to send the battery back and we would give him a full refund and shipping fee. However, the customer actually said that they only wanted a refund and did not return the battery to us. He wants to keep the battery and get the money back. Isn't this a disguised form of extortion?
