They were packed very well so I suspect it was a shipper issue. I contacted seller and they responded very quickly. They send me a complete replacement set and they arrived in perfect condition. 100% great service. I love the covers and would not hesitate to buy from this company again.

The company kept in contact with me throughout the whole process and that includes the carrier accidentally sending them back due to an error all of their own, not the companies. The company was decent enough to send out another package when that happened. Many companies, these days don't have ethics and are not responsible or care after sale experience They did:)
