Unfortunately after waiting a week for a tracking number to be provided, I reached out and asked when I could expect the tire to be shipped. They didn’t respond. I messaged again the following day, stating I still want the tire, that wanting to know when it will be sent out. They didn’t respond and just refunded the order. Very frustrating. A little communication goes a long way. I understand things happen, and I would have waited.
