In the meantime I received a notice that I was receiving a partial refund, no context as to why or any further information. I assumed the refund was for the delayed shipping. Dropped the vehicle off at the mechanic to be fixed, there was no wheel bearings in the box. Turns out my “partial refund” was due to the bearings being out of stock so they just sent the hubs. No notification of this other that the partial refund. Terrible customer service

FedEx may have handled packages roughly.
