However, 1 pen only slightly tingles and is barely noticeable and 1 pen doesn't work at all! I have even opened it to see if you can pop another battery in and there's no way of doing that so they're pointless and non functional.

Let’s blame it on Royal Mail… Luckily for me, the seller has been always there trying to help me track my purchase. Eventually the seller decided to refund me not because I asked him to, but because of his own decision. Impeccable customer service and support. I highly recommend. Thank you very much indeed
