Item was unfortunately damaged (the box was really battered) so I made contact about how to resolve. Absolutely no issues - was offered discount, free replacement etc. The damage was to the stand so I stated would be happy with replacement stand - lo and behold complete replacement received today . Excellent customer service and the item itself (damaged or not) looks great exactly as described

It had obviously happened in delivery . So absolutely no fault of the seller as it was packed really well. So, as I wanted to keep the statue, the seller gave me a 50% refund and I got to keep both damaged statues, which I was very happy with. The statues are beautiful and I would happily recommend this seller and buy from them again.

Seller packaged expertly in a very sturdy box and it arrived in perfect condition. Harri was friendly to deal with and kep me updated all the way about delivery. Price was good value considering the seller shipped on an overnight service with a good quality and reliable courier.
