Once I had purchased the service I felt informed and looked after from beginning to end. Extremely professional and great communication. I was updated as my device moved through their facility, receiving the news it was fixed. I received it, well packaged, and and it is working like new.

Shipping is pricy but outside the control of Nick's. Appreciated the status updates as unit was received, problem verified, serviced, tested, and finally notification unit had been shipped back to me. Never had to contact Nick's for a update.
