But after no response, I asked again. Then they insisted that two pair of boots were in the same package. There was only one pair. And now we were at an impasse because they claim they shipped two pair in the package. I have not received my navy boots. I only received the red boots. I would like my navy boots that I paid for.

It was absolutely smushed in there. Typically, I receive blazers on the hanger in an appropriate sized flat box whereas the blazer is folded in half - thereby negating wrinkles and fold marks. I just spent the last hour carefully ironing around a myriad of pearls. Presentation is half the battle, pls take a beat to pack your lovely things in the correct box. It makes a difference.
