    These people are first class . I jumped the gun on an expensive relay board and my order was processed but about to be shipped and found out the problem with my whirlpool range was a 12$ fuse . They abruptly refunded my card and stopped my order when they really didn’t have to . Great customer service and they answer the phone. 10 out of 10 !

    Had to return the item due to reasons unrelated but shipping was prompt and the seller was courteous with the return handling. Was packaged well. Looked to be unused item in original packaging. As described. Good value considering how expensive the same item is on LG parts website. Overall buying positive experience, even though this particular item didn't work out.

    Original OEM part at virtually same price as from the manufacturer—shipped right now.

    Our appliance repair provider had waited 3 weeks for this part—imperative for our washer's operation—to come from Whirpool with no indication that it was about to be shipped. The Whirpool OEM part from this source came within the week that it was ordered—bringing an end to our weekly visits to the laundromat to get our clothes washing done.

    Product works fine; but cheaply made.

    Works fine. Foolish idea to have the door so closely guarded. Unable to use washer without it. this was much cheaper than calling a repairman. We bought the same item for Maytag and it was defective right out of the box.

    Works great the only thing is you have to disengage the lock its really easy! Just look up the install video for the part number

    In stock and worked great!

    Product worked well and was an exact fit. I experienced a lot of trouble finding this particular part in stock cheaper. I could find it cheaper and other sites claimed to have it in stock but DIDN'T. While this was more expensive than other sites they did in fact have it in stock and it worked very well.

    Like the original, but not better so probably won't last

    Seems to be the same as the original piece. Since the original broke after about a year and a half I bought the extended warranty for six bucks assuming this one won't last that long either.
