Would have appreciated a reply to my message asking about the status of shipment, but did not receive an answer back. So communication could have been better. I will say that I appreciate the seller sending an additional replacement head, for the inconvenience and delay in shipping. For that reason, the seller gets positive feedback! Thank you for your kindness.

I see other people complaining about not receiving their items, but I received mine. I think eBay should give this guy another chance, maybe give him a document outlining ways he can prevent problems in the future in regards to shipping labels.
