    This is such a cute little Santa village. The seller put it in the original box and then put that box in a sturdy box and packed it securely for shipment. It arrived in perfect condition.     I received my package in excellant condition item came new in box not damaged and not broken .Worth the money for a fan of Switch, Smash Brothers and Xenoblade 2. Amiibo box not bent or torn that I can see nor are the Amiibos of Pyra and Mythra not damaged. Overall appearance is exactly as described by seller .     Not up to Thomas Kinkade Standards

    While the concept and artistry of this figurine is well executed the overall product falls flat as the electronics are not up to the standards that one associates with the Thomas Kinkade brand. The item I received was well crafted but when the electronic story telling module was activated it was a disappointment. The sound was tinny and garbled, indicative of a really poor quality speaker and an amplifier being driven beyond its designed limits. On top of that, the recording stops with an annoying clicking noise right in the middle of the narration. I filed an exchange ticket but the replacement item had the same problems, plus the sculpture had damage as well. Since two separate items exhibited the same electronics problem I have to conclude that there is poor quality control on these ...
