Chanel shoes were in a plastic bag in a bubble envelope - bad packaging and marked incorrectly for border agent. FedEx told me I can appeal but the seller refused to mark the actual shipment cost as a shipping cost and not item cost. Contacted seller and they were extremely defiant and threatening. Sad experience overall
