If there were boxes to "tick", each and every one would be ticked. Fast service, their communication is exceptional (notify of payment, ship, package out for deliver, delivery, etc), the care with packaging. Obviously customer care is important MANY THANKS!

When I received my label maker, it was packed SO well, the machine looked brand new and the seller threw in some extra print cartridges.
