Didn't work as described, eSIM would not activate, sent several QR codes that didn't work, and then denied a refund. Only offer to resolve this was to contact T-Mobile on a conference call and do troubleshooting. When asked to refund, was told that T-Mobile's policy is no refunds or returns, which is irrelevant since the purchase was not with T-Mobile but with eBay. Decided to take the loss and seek out another seller.Reply from: elite-carriers- Feedback replied by seller elite-carriers.- Feedback replied by seller elite-carriers.Very bad experience with buyer. His device was not compatible with T-Mobile and was blaming us for not having it worked. We did everything in our power to troubleshoot the issue. Ultimately, it was out of our hands because of the incompatibility. They wanted a refund, but our policy states there are no refund / returns once the eSIM has been activated and we state this in our description. The buyer got mad and left us our only bad review. Mind you he is a repeat customer whose bought over & over
