Didn't work as described, eSIM would not activate, sent several QR codes that didn't work, and then denied a refund. Only offer to resolve this was to contact T-Mobile on a conference call and do troubleshooting. When asked to refund, was told that T-Mobile's policy is no refunds or returns, which is irrelevant since the purchase was not with T-Mobile but with eBay. They wanted a refund, but our policy states there are no refund / returns once the eSIM has been activated and we state this in our description. The buyer got mad and left us our only bad review. Mind you he is a repeat customer whose bought over & over
