They politely replied stating I could either have the jacket that was supposed to be sent to me with a refund of $20 or they could just refund the entire order. I choose the first option and I ended up getting my jacket and the refund, now I have two and an extra $20. Unless the pictures were old before it got damaged, I would guess it was poorly packed and came damaged during transit. I do not recommend this seller.
