I am only a sentimentalist reliving my childhood sanctuary with my Betsy McCall doll. When I ordered the item she contacted me to make sure that I had seen the flaw in what I was ordering and attached photos. I appreciated this so much even though I had looked at the flaws it was nice to know that she was so concerned. The item arrived as described with an extra item It almost made me cry. The Item came just as described, and well packed -- initially the incorrect item was sent, but before it even arrived for me to notice, the seller noticed the issue and jumped to correct it immediately by letting me know and sending the correct item along. And when the first incorrect arrived, they offered that I just keep it for the trouble! Could not be more happy. Packaged very well and exactly as advertised.
