I am a collector of Fitbit devices. I was expecting for the item to be in a shipping box, since shipping wasn't free. Instead, the item was in an Amazon bubble bag, so the corners of the actual item box are banged up. I do not know if the box was already like this before shipping, since the ad image is not of the actual item. Looking at the ad, I guess I lucked out, as the hanging loop seems to be totally off. At least the one I received is just broken. My search continues. Item seems NIB.

The item was as described and arrived safely. However, I think the seller needs to work on their packaging. I understand reusing packaging, since I do so as well, but packaging should be protective of the item. The seller used a Wounded Warriors Project donation envelope to ship my item, and that doesn't provide any protection to an item. Reusing a box or padded envelope would be more professional.

This is about as unreasonable as it gets. So the adapter was packaged in a "frame", which then sits inside a box. That box now needs to go in yet another box, because of optics...? Surely you would not want to pay for the extra weight to ship an extra box... but are giving a NEUTRAL rating. In doing so... you mention that the item WAS AS DESCRIBED, IT ARRIVED SAFELY... so in the end what matters is not that you received your item, it's NEUTRAL because you don't like my envelope. Awesome...

I have owned these since they came out. They are a great hard working earpiece. Once you learn when to turn features off and on. Have even had great clear calls while riding the harley without helmet. You do have to replace every year or so if you use as daily device.. people will start saying you sound like you are fading back and forth. There is no fix for this. Have asked plantronics about it. They just replace it when still under warrantee.. its a known issue. There are a few mics in the boom. Once they start to get clogged you will have to replace. Its a headset that i cant live without. So i will keep getting then till they come out with a better one.. or resolve issues.. but issues are minor compared to what you get. These also boast they're water resistant. Spilled some ... meh--design improvements not so good.

Plantronics Voyager 5220
I was looking for a headset that was unique and that could keep up with the busy lifestyle I have and could handle the many tasks that I do in life. I finally found one, and its the Plantronics Voyager 5220. The Plantronics Voyager 5220 is a very robust earpiece that operates in any environment and has the capability to eliminate background noises that would make it impossible to take a call. It makes it very easy to take calls outside in windy conditions, as well as in the car with the window down. I even took a call while I was riding my motorcycle, of which I am very happy I went with this particular brand. Now it does have some faults, the earpiece doesnt quite fit in my ear so I find sometimes I have to press the headset to my ear for a good seal to hear clearly, but overall, it ... Now I don't have to worry about broken cables or fumbling with headset around my neck. I also like that is light and easy to operate. One this I found with any Bluetooth headset is the software designed to operate it from an Android phone is lacking in its ability to interface in the manner I require. Samsung voice, and Google voice were in competition to manage phone calls so I found that Google voice works better than Samsung, so I disabled it and this headset works perfect. It even operates very well with Google Maps, announcing turns and updates; something that Samsung voice didn't handle very well. Overall, this headset is excellent, and to make it exceptional, I purchased the portable power case for the 5220 so that I can go for days without charging it. If you purchase the Plantronics Voyager 5220, you will not be disappointed!!!!

Awesome but they made it too small
I have used Plantronics' high-end earpieces for a decade. The features of this model are absolutely awesome, but they reduced the size for people with smaller ears, and it is very uncomfortable for a few months until you break it in. The features are better than the Legend by far. I lost my 5200 and just bought this second one to replace it. That's how I know the comfort does get better with use. Comfort is not as good as the Legend though, even after break-in. I would give it 5+ stars if it were not for the comfort issue.I have used Plantronics' high-end earpieces for a decade. Received a defective headset. The microphone does not work at all.
Contacted customer support on Wednesday before a Thursday holiday. No response on Friday and they're closed on the weekend. Will update when resolved. Like the headset very much otherwise. Sound quality is very good on my end. Note that the earpiece does not extend as far into the ear as older Plantronics headsets. This makes it difficult if not impossible to fit securely when wearing glasses. Can't review microphone performance at all. Contacted customer support on Wednesday before a Thursday holiday.
