    This seller was amazing to work with! Fast shipping and quick response when I messaged. I bought the machine used and saw that it was missing the frothing pitcher and one small plastic piece. The seller went above and beyond, refunding me more than we agreed on for replacement parts. Would definitely recommend. Machine works great. There was a funny smell when I first tried the steaming wand, but I ran the machine thru a cleaning cycle using one of the cleaning tablets and it’s gone.

    Great vac. Made my life allot easier with multiple pets and country living! I was pleasantly surprised how well it picked up bulkier debris off the floor (small pieces of bark etc.) It is easy to unclog if you so clog it with twigs, grass etc. Long run time on low on a 3.5 hr charge. I am a die hard Dyson fan. It is light and I don't have to drag the furniture around so much - can go between the legs and under things.. also can still do the ceilings for cobwebs. The upholstry brush is fantastic

    Awesome cordless vacuum!

    Awesome! Awesome! Awesome! For 10 years we had the Dyson DC35 and it was great, but after that many years of a Lot of use, the battery pack petered out..so, we purchase the Dyson Cyclone...couldn't be happier with this purchase! It is heavier than the 35, but after vacuuming for a while, don't even notice. Definitely has great power, great cleaning. Am sold on Dyson!

    Great light weight cordless vacuum

    This is a great light weight cordless vacuum cleaner for anyone with pets and/or has long hair themselves. The beater head is designed so that no hair gets wrapped around it! Game changer in my book!!

    Love the Newer Model

    I like it better than the 1st one I bought about 10 years ago. Much more powerful. All the pieces from the 1st one fit the new one so I can leave some stuff upstairs and only carry the "vacuum" part up and down the stairs. I do love it. Expensive, but so worth the money.

    I understand the product was used, but didn’t think it would come to me filthy. You would think someone would have cleaned it just a little, I mean, not spotless but clean. It still had hair and dirt all in the vacuum. Satisfied with the vacuum, disappointed in the cleanliness.
