But it was bad enough, and I was skeptical that it could be a workable phone again. It needed both a back glass and a front screen replacement. For just under $100, it was returned in a short period of time, looks immaculate. and is fully functional. Looking at the "before" pictures, it's difficult to believe it's the same phone in the two "after" photos. Highly recommend!!!!!!!
