The seller (and maker) was very patient with lots of fussy unusual questions that I had, helping me while I took a few months to decide what I wanted. The item was made to my specifications and has worked out great so far. Also, this seller is an honest shipper, and refunded a difference in shipping charges. They packed the item really safely too, which is getting so rare on eBay. Not over packed, just packed thoroughly and in a way that was intentional. Great!

He created a product listing for it, sent me the link and had it made within the week. He was responsive and easy to work with. Product: the product is exactly what he said it was; very high quality. Our use: we do about 50 gallons of sap per year from our wood lot. I bought this to make it easier than our home method of roasting pans.
