      Yes, the Lego kit was new but the box was not in the best of condition, it had a fair number of dents and dings which made it look like it might have been used, rather than new.

      LOVE LOVE LOVE

      This was my first ever LEGO build, not sure what I was waiting for. I LOVED my time spent doing this, and only allowed an hour or so at a time doing it so as to prolong the experience. Very therapeutic. The roof assembly was tricky, but once I got through the first one, the other two went well. The detail is wonderful on this Gingerbread House. Now I can’t wait for the lights to arrive which will make this adorable build a great holiday decoration I will enjoy for years

      Intricately highlights Lego detail

      We're very happy with this light set. This is the first time we've used a different Lego light design company, but it was the only one that offered lights for the new gingerbread house. It took us more time to install than we're used to as it is intricate and highlights key details. We'd consider ordering again. Thanks!

      Great LEGO Christmas house under the tree

      Gingerbread house took about 7 hours for adult LEGO enthusiast to complete. It goes together as you expect Legos to do. It’s not gigantic but comes in at a perfect under the tree size of 8 in wide 5 inch deep and 8 inch tall. I got a white strand of petite Christmas lights and double sided mounting tape and tacked the “lights” in the windows and on the eaves and it looks great under my tree

      A great seasonal set

      As I bought it after Christmas, really don't have time to keep it displayed, until the end of this year. Some of the good was no really repetitive building, but was also bad, taking longer to construct it. The figures were all a plus, as for the baby gingerbread, was a just a cookie sheet.

      A wonderful gift for the family

      I had this gingerbread house sent to my family in another state and I was not present when they opened it and put it together. But I understand it was a great hit. It got there in perfect condition and the children, who are already Lego experts, put it together in one day. The whole family loved it. I am sure it will be a Christmas display for many years to come.
