There is no film over the monitor. The cable is not neatly tied up. And, there are crumbs of something inside the box. Given all of this, I would say it is used.

No seals on either boxes and both receivers are very loose. I try to contact the seller regarding what I found and he claim there’s nothing wrong with them…
