The seller was very understanding, highly prompt in shipping, responses and very cooperative. I am sorry that he had to incur a loss in the process of shipping and handling for nothing. His products are reasonably priced, and I was very happy to do business with him. I would recommend this seller to the buyers without any reservation. Good luck to all.

The printer is printing like new again. Excellent quality. I would rather get quality used over a questionable new from China. The price is fair for the quality and the packaging was just large enough to protect without any waste (excellent). Shipping was quite prompt. Excellent Seller!
