I didn’t realize it was partially empty - that was not stated in the title but in description. I requested a return and I have been berated in all caps by this seller, I have had accusations thrown at me that I am a scammer and just wanted something for free. I asked to return it. I never asked for a refund. I was met with hostility from this seller the second I asked to return the item. I do collect retired bottles and didn’t want this after delivery
