I went ahead with another similar item but sent the wrong thing. I needed it urgently, but they refused to send the correct one until incorrect piece was returned, which wasn’t feasible with the timing. I kept the item out of necessity and asked for a partial refund, which took ages, seller ignored my messages. Overall disappointing experience, rude company and the item was poor quality

I have to say that was not the case for me. After contacting them about the wrong item, I received a quick response and the correct item was posted. I asked about returning the original item and was told to keep it. The right item arrived within a few days, was well packaged. Excellent customer service all round.
