The litho was well packed and I believe that Fedex is responsible for the damages on this item. On the package it was very visibly written "HANDLE WITH CARE". OBVIOUSLY THE PEOPLE AT FEDEX ARE ILLITERATE or MEAN! Furthermore, Fedex lied about the shipment! The seller helped in every ways. I would buy from this seller again.
