They use Samsung pictures and send totaly different phones then shown. They will not accept returns even though they send a different item then listed. I tried to work with them to return it before I left a review thinking maybe it was a mistake. It was not a mistake it's a deceptive seller. I should have looked at the reviews and saw a 96% rating. My picture shows there is no pen slot on the bottom of the phone like the listed.

They literally took some foam wrap used to protect fragile items, wrapped it around the slab in a wad, and then wrapped that in cellophane tape. I'm surprised the post office accepted it. You could see what it was from the outside so I'm also glad no one stole it. The $4 and change shipping price was definitely more than they spent shipping it.
