Pick up was super easy! Just make an appointment. Once you arrive, enter the office and they will get your item. My item was carefully wrapped in cardboard & packaging tape for the trip home; which was nice, I wasn't expecting that. I am very pleased with my purchase. I will definitely buy more from this seller in the future!
