Very polite, patient and communication is always top tier. Had an issue with an item and we came to a resolution, was able to get it repaired the same day with their help. Pricing was amazing, the console was packaged very well and they always go above and beyond to make sure you have a pleasant transaction. Cannot recommend anyone better, thank you!

It also came from Canada, so a week was fairly quick by my estimate. The vinyl was packaged with care and lots of bubble wrap. The album cover is in incredible condition with no stains, just a few tiny cosmetic issues. Considering this copy is an original from 2002, I’d rate it near mint! The vinyls themselves play with clarity. Would highly recommend this seller! Thank you
