From the moment I alerted this seller of the problems I have encountered with FedEx failure to deliver, this seller has kept open communication, and consistent efforts to resolve the problem. That sort of customer service leads me to believe that the product is as described. The failure of FedEx is not his fault.

It came as described, playing at 3 3/4ips and the tape, itself was in good shape as well as the box. A great deal! Would buy from this seller again. Thanks for a perfect transaction!
