The package got mixed up within the USPS system and delivered to wrong location. Seller and I worked together to try and get it rerouted and it didn't work. Then, seller refunded without issue and was extremely nice to deal with. I wouldn't hesitate ordering from this seller. Seller was very quick to respond. Very good seller!
