This item was ordered and paid for on June 2, 2025, a label was printed on June 9, 2025 but it was never taken to the Post Office and the communication was terrible. Finally it was cancelled and refunded a few days ago. This was a gift and I am very disappointed with how this order was handled. I would not recommend this seller!

Although I have not read this entire book yet, as it is 2" thick, what I have read appears to be exactly what I am looking for to help me with my gastrointestinal system problems. Anyone on a diet of any kind can find recipes to aid them. The book is also an easy read because it has a great size print. I am enjoying it so far, and will be trying some of the recipes to help me with my medical problems.Although I have not read this entire book yet, as it is 2" thick, what I have read appears to be exactly what I am looking for to help me with my gastrointestinal system problems. Anyone on a diet of any kind can find recipes to aid them. The book is also an easy read because it has a great size print. I am enjoying it so far, and will be trying some of the recipes to help me with my medical problems.

Terrific book with lots of great information. I also like the fact that I can access the online videos that show just how quick and easy these recipes really are. It also references how these foods and their nutrients affect the your tissues and certain organs to make you healthier and stronger. It's going to be a great "go to" reference book. Lots of information is in it, not just recipes! Received my book in the mail earlier than I expected and in great condition!Terrific book with lots of great information. Must have book, full of great info
Huge book, easy to read. If you want all the details a specific food or spice you will find it in this book. It even has details about less common foods like goat milk and shiitake mushrooms.

Who is this George Mateljan? Let me tell you I never met him in person, but wouldn't it be an eventful day just to bend his ear and learn more? I have been to his exhaustive websight and can not get enough of his wisdom. His book is loaded with helpful "food for thought", pun intended. The World Healthest Foods Essential Guide 880 paged is jam pack full of advise on eating right. Knowing what is going to provide the nutrition your body needs. I also ordered his highly sought second edition The World's Healthest Foods. It has 1000 pages, I can hardly wait for it to arrive.
