Thanks for doing such a great job with All these Dvds. I am very pleased with the Black & White films with sharp images and great sound. Also the Color Dvd - ''The Prisoner of Zenda'' 1952 .. ''The Shakiest Gun in the West'' 1968 in Color .. are Superb Quality. No need to see them in Blu-Ray. Thank You so much from Me in Norway.

So I contacted her and received a reply within hours offering to replace or refund. The replacement arrived next day working perfectly. The best company I have dealt with online (Ebay-Amazon etc) If only the country/NHS was run in the same manner.
