It supposed to be fitted with wheel straps and with the front marked by a tag. IT arrived without any wheels straps attached and without a tag marking the front. . I am parking my car in an industrial area, so it is very disappointing that the cover doesn't fit.

I attempted to send it back for a refund but the seller kept refusing to take it. I asked 6 different times and he kept saying no and that he would issue me up to a 15% refund. I want the 100% refund advertised by ebay. The item had never been taken out of its wrapping, was in perfect condition and was wrapped very carefully for return shipping. I use Amazon all the time with no problems. I will not use ebay again.
