Both the price and the shipping were the most reasonable for this item, as there were several sellers advertising the same item. That's when I came to eBay. I found the book listed by Electric Garage Sale, new, and it cost less than Amazon, plus I Electric Garage Sale shipped the correct book. Just what I wanted. Thank you.
