    Ancient coins identified

    Great book! Helps identify some of the Ancient Roman and greek coins i have. It also helped identify the rulers, the years they ruled. Also helps with what at is depicted on the heroic evdent

    The wonders of ancient coinage

    Only just having begun collection ancient coinage it is very helpful to have a book that tells the history and attribution of said coins . This book is in excellent shape and is a wealth of useful information. I'm sure I'll find examples of some of my coins in the many pictures .

    I like the fact that it gives a review of how to read some of the dates with the With the Greek alphabet I haven’t had a chance to read the whole thing yet but it looks like I’ll get a lot of information from this book thank you

    Thorough explanations with excellent illustrations

    This book is well written and directed at the novice ancient greek and roman coin collector. The explanations and identifications of each era and leaders coinage, from exactly how to identify who is on each coin, how to read the inscriptions on it, the period of coinage coverage of each leader or emperor and their successor. I'm very happy with this book and recommend it to anyone considering studying ancient roman and greek coinage.

    Great Resource

    This book is a great resource for deciphering the inscriptions on Roman coins and recognizing Roman and Greek types. It was recommended to me by a long-time ancient dealer and he was right! It's a great value as well. I highly recommend it.
