There were some tricks to set up software on the phone. This watch is not fully supported in the US, so I had to set up a UK account with Huawei online B4 downloading Huawei Appgallery and then Huawei Health App. BEFORE INSTALLING the Huawei Health app, turn on Airplane mode. Upon installation, it will ask your location. Select the UK and proceed. The software will then support all features like free watch faces. I now love it!!!
