Based on a "new open box" listing this was exactly what I expected; however, if you are purchasing as a gift you'll want to remove the product from the packaging first. The holster is disappointing as the snap-lock doesn't inspire confidence like it does for the iphone models. The other side is loose. Wireless charge works great! Everything else is top notch otterbox quality.

Not quite as shown in the listing photos! Someone clearly went to a lot of trouble here to obscure/fence off the product origin. Kind of hilarious, in a sad way. BUT, the price and product were good, and the S23 case fits, so all is ok. Your mileage WILL undoubtedly vary.
