Seller made every effort to get them to me promptly. Aukey have changed the design of these (same model number) so if you had an older set and are replacing them, these are still good… just different. You don’t get the 4 lights on the box indicating power level, and the ear bud ‘sticks’ are longer. On the plus side, they stay in my ears better when I’m talking. Highly recommend this seller ☺️

He sent a brand new shaver the very next day . I can't rate the customer service high enough 5 star plus. Thank you for a fantastic service and a great product.
