Ordered these replacement speakers to replace the same, purchased 6 years ago for my 93 Mitsubishi Mighty Max truck. Original right door speaker had damaged cone and needed replacing. Replaced both left and right with the same JBL GTO629s. These came to me faster than expected and in excellent condition. Made the installation go smoother without any issues. The JBL GTO629s are great speakers--easy on the pocket and great for upgrading any vehicle's sound quality! I recommend! A+++

My 6 1/2 jbl gtos sound fantastic put them in my 05 chevy 2500hd can turn them up they don't distort at all they were brand-new new got a hell of a good value and great craftsman ship they never disappoint

Description is spot on.
The mounting hardware that came in the box was very usefull. These mounted easily in my truck doors (76 Ford F100). For a 6 1/2" speaker they have a nice mid bass and excelent highs (I set the button on the Tweeter to flat). There is a noticeable difference when the the Tweeter is set to +3. Also the pivot feature on the Tweeter is very usefull. All in all, I am very happy with these. All I need now is small Subwoofer under the seat as these don't provide much low end.The mounting hardware that came in the box was very usefull. I have a 2005 Chevy Trailblazer LS. Two of the old factory original speaker were bad. These new JBL speakers are very easy to install and sound good. They fit perfectly in factory holes. No mods needed. I recommend getting the adapter wire harness to make it super easy. Also I broke many door panel clips removing panels. You may need to get more clips. Excellent Speakers!

Sound great good bass
Updated my 2006 Envoy. These little speakers give off decent bass for the size. Tweeter not bad too.
