One had a loose sounding rattle inside so I contacted them immediately and they very quickly sent me a replacement - NO HASSELS! I love these mufflers! They have a rich, deep tone similar to a glasspack, but quieter and with no cabin drone that I've experienced so far. I would give the seller 10 stars if I could - great job!
