    The shipping was fast. The packaging was secure, and the items were as described. I feel like the value was very good as he accepted my counter offer to his original listing price. I ordered movies and some came still sealed while the ones that were not sealed were an amazing condition even using a small piece of bubble wrap inside the cases for as much protection as could be reasonably expected. I can definitely see myself ordering from the seller again.

    The DVD's were in great condition, some of them looked brand new. They were each individually wrapped and then wrapped in bubble wrap. They were shipped quickly and arrived in a decent time (USPS so...) They were just as the seller described them and a great value for some great horror movies. Thank you!

    I am SO GLAD to have found a quality DVD copy of this show!!!

    I've watched this mini-series at least three - maybe four times - previously; when it was originally broadcast, once using Netflix DVDs and another time or two from badly done VCR copies. It's some of the best "television" I've ever seen and I was anxious that I have another shot at it. Subtitles are available for the spoken English - and some of the Japanese - but mostly we are left in the same position as the protagonist - i.e. understanding very little of the Japanese - but that's by design. I'm only part way through Disc 2 of 5 but, thus far, product quality is excellent. My biggest problem is just to not to binge my way through. I've made a decision to read James Clavell's book again - and I almost never read a book twice. If you've never seen it, I think you'll enjoy Shogun. If ...

    Great movie, fair price

    I have seen Shogun before and found it very entertaining and real and I wanted to see it again and it wasn't available at my local library, so we ordered it. It was in new condition and only had one small hangup in the DVD that cleared up quickly on the 4th disk.

    Wonderful period drama

    I first saw this series around 1985 on Beta when I was stationed in Iwakuni, Japan. Loved it then and I am still in love with the series today. The characters, customs, and scenery are superb. It gives us a great glimpse into the historical era of Japanese exposure to the Western world and visa versa. This is one of the best mini-series of all time!

    Classic TV movie

    This made for TV movie is a historic look into the Shogun of Japan from the 1600s. The characters are engaging and story never gets boring. The movie is 8 hours long but you won't regret it. I watch this movie once a year and I love it.
