I requested to contact them just ignored me and didn't reach out other then to say it was a error on their end.i have to re order and wait another 2 weeks and hope the same mistake is not made. Common sense is to send the correct item or if you need to make your custom reorder expedite the process for the mistake that was made on behalf of your team.
