One side wasn’t clipping properly because it was bent at the end. To fix the issue, they sent me another pair to ensure a proper fit and even offered help with installation. They also said I could keep the product and, instead of exchanging it, they offered a 25% rebate since restocking fees would be too high for them. Pretty great follow-up! This is really commendable customer service.
