I had to pay more money for the item because the seller used priority packaging under the unmarked bag. I didn't refuse the item because I wanted my item. I explained to the seller what happened and even provided photos of the box with the upcharge. I provided the seller ample opportunity to just respond to the proof after the seller did not understand how they charged me. Since I did not receive anresponse, something that could have been handled in house behind closed doors now is public.

Koolest Appliance on my counter top
This product not only looks Kool on your counter top, it does what is says. I probably will not buy Ice Cream in the store anymore. Why should I when I can make it fresh in about 25 minutes with very little work. A cup of cream or half-half, 1/4 cup powdered sugar, and a dash of vanilla, remove the bowl from the my freezer, assemble, pour in the mix, set it and forget it for 20 minutes. Pull down the handle and the sweet stuff is dispensed automatically. The only difference from the big expensive machines is the limited capacity (only 3 cups/ 6 servings), and the fact that the softserve is dispensed in several 4" long fluted streams. Does not dispense a continuous stream or contain an noisy/ expensive compressor. You use your own Freezer to freeze the special bowl. No salt required, ... Nice!
We just made some frozen yogurt the other day, it was our first attempt and was successful. Used a simple recipe to test it out. Will make something with more and different flavors in the future. It served all 6 of us, and there were leftovers that we put in the freezer.

great ice cream makers for small groups
absolutely amazed at the ease of operation and quality of the ice cream this unit makes... clean up is a breeze and storing the bowl in the freezer eliminates all the salt and ice muss and fuss that are prevalent with other home ice cream makers. would never hesitate to recommend this unit to anyone.

Great gift
I bought this for a friend that is a sister in The Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and it was love at first sight and she is very excited to use it and said she will make me one. I also got her an electric mixer and she was just as excited.

I'm so glad I can make ice cream now
The machine is fully operational but it does have a few undisclosed cracks and two missing parts. It is definitely serving its purpose.
