Delivery well within estimated date via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Packaging needs more thought: box literally enormous for the volume of content and no padding was used to restrict movement, so 13 boxes of filters were free to rattle around inside. Also the packing tape had split apart in places so contents easily viewable in transit. Thankfully though, none were lost or damaged. Best wishes, CJ

I suspect a significant part of their business is based on hoping customers won’t bother to return.Arrived damaged due to inadequate packaging and given the somewhat excessive price for a single pizza box I contacted them seeking at least a partial refund given it would be an absurd waste of resources to return a torn piece of cardboard but their customer service is abysmal and their only response was to tell me to request a refund (but they only offer an option to return).
